How to Apply Vinyl Decals
For best results do not install the sticker in extreme heat or cold. Clean the area thoroughly. Measure and place the sticker in the desired location. Put a piece of masking tape on the sticker to hold it in place.
Lift the sticker up and gently, carefully and slowly peel the white paper backing off the sticker so that the entire decal remains on the clear cover. Be careful not to pull the masking tape off.
Slowly lower the sticker to the desire location. Stick it to the desired location. Rub it in place with a credit card or similar item.
Wait a few minutes then slowly peel the clear cover off at an angle. Be very careful not to pull the sticker off the surface. If the sticker pulls away from the surface repeat Step 3.
Note: Any residue left around the sticker can be removed with glass cleaner.
When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process orders as quickly as we can. Orders placed Monday thru Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Please note during periods of high volume, it may take longer. Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped Monday.
When will my order be delivered?
Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS. USPS generally delivers within five business days to most U.S. locations. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
Do you ship outside the United States & Canada?
No, at this time we only ship to the US and Canada.
What if I'd like to change my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, it gets processed immediately and cannot be changed (this helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible). If you'd like to add items to your order, please call one of our customer care representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll try to work something out.
If a certain item is out of stock, when will come back in stock?
Usually on out of stock items - turnaround time is currently 14 business days.
Am I required to pay sales tax?
At this time, only South Carolina residents are required to pay sales tax.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange a product?
Lake Minded is committed to customer satisfaction. If you're not happy, we're not happy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unused/unaltered and in the condition you received it. To return your order; simply fill out the form on the back of the packing list you received and return the item to us. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your order is received you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
We will gladly accept all Returns & Exchanges through your chosen delivery service. We strongly recommend that you choose a service that provides tracking information. Lake Minded is not responsible for any packages lost during the returns process if tracking information is not available. Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment.

Processing Time for Returns Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
